This was my first experience of the OM yoga show and I was there as part of the team for LKY Yoga School, who I did my 300 hour yoga teacher training with. Picture below is of myself and Liza, another LKY Yoga School Graduate.
The OM yoga show was an ideal opportunity to connect with like minded individuals. There was a wide range of classes, yoga styles, yoga clothing, props, crystals, gluten free and vegan food, lectures and much much more.
It also gave me the opportunity to meet fellow LKY yoga school graduates and students which was really lovely. This was my first trip to London since 2019 and it was so nice to be back in the city and connect with so many lovely humans.
The OM yoga show also offered me the chance to experience different yoga teachers and class styles, one of which really resonated with me, working with the psoas - the muscle of the soul, and learning more from that teacher and more about their particular teaching style and practice is something I will be looking into further. I'm always going to be a yoga student first, learning, growing and evolving within my own practice then sharing what I love with others.
