Mindfulness Walks
Contemplate, Refresh, Connect with Nature
An opportunity to get out into nature with a small group of like minded people and take some time out for self care.
What to expect: Silence, contemplation and reflection on life, mindfulness, meditation and some yoga fun. Some locations may offer the opportunity for a refreshing dip in the sea at the end. Leave feeling renewed, invigorated and inspired.

Pregnancy Yoga
Supporting you through your pregnancy
A yoga practice tailored to you and your pregnancy. Â
What to expect:
1:1 yoga practice or 6 week blocks ran in small groups creating a support network with like minded women.
Location to be agreed prior to booking acceptance for 1:1s, can be held online via zoom

Bring your own yoga mat and any blankets / props / eye pillows that  may support you in your practice.

Private Yoga Session
Focusing on you and your practice
The Private Yoga Session allows you to dive deeper into your yoga practice.Â
Take time out for yourself and your yoga practice at a time that works for you.Â

1:1 yoga practice

An opportunity for deep rest
Yoga Nidra, Yogic Sleep. Allowing the physical body to move into a state of deep rest and inviting a state of awareness that is totally free and deeply nourishing.
What to expect:
Yoga Nidra has an amazing ability to relieve both mental and emotional tension.
Can be held online via zoom or in small groups
