I’m really excited to be part of the LKY Yoga Festival this year! And by be part of I mean, yes I will be teaching but I’ll also be there practicing a lot of yoga! :-)
How amazing to have an event like this in Aberdeen and an opportunity to practice with so many amazing yoga teachers! An ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga for the day, with so many different class styles on offer you can choose to practice familiar styles and also try different class styles which may be a new experience for you.
I’ll be teaching a goddess yoga themed class, because who doesn’t need to channel their inner goddess from time to time! (The second image is of me practicing yoga at the weekend ☀️ I worked with the cleansing effect of Kali Mudra in my practice, detoxing the body, clearing away negative energy, making space for the clear flow of prana and channeling positive energy, helping to move forward into new beginnings.)
The LKY Yoga festival is also a great opportunity to connect with like minded individuals and other members of the yoga community. After the last few years, how lovely is it that we can be part of these sorts of events again! So who’s coming??? I know I am :-)
